We can’t recommend Emina highly enough if you are selling or searching for a home.

I’ll admit, I had a bit of a negative view of real estate agents in our current market because I felt they would simply tell the seller what to do, show the house a couple of times and then sit back and wait for the sale (and commission) to come in. After interviewing 3 other agents (who all met my expectation), I met with Emina and even before I had officially decided on her representing me, she immediately went to work researching a unique angle for my sale. Her hard work for me continued for a few weeks and it was then that I realized she was definitely the one who would represent me during the sale process.

Emina went way beyond what I could have ever expected. Not only did she excellently represent me with all the legal aspects, knowledge required (the final sale price was in her suggested price range), and wordsmithing (listing) required during the process, but she helped with the household cleaning, helped pay for some repairs, painting and cleaning, personally rented staging items AND worked with my ex-wife to put them in place and remove them after the sale. She spent many hours at the house making sure everything was just right and I could reach her for questions at any time on any day.

That impressed me greatly but for me the most impressive aspect to working with Emina was her compassion and her want to ensure the best for myself and my family.  She truly does care.  She did everything she could to “fit” showings, open houses and the inspection into my timelines, and she also listened to every word I said and understood those words. She worked with me instead of simply directing the process herself. Also and most importantly, considering myself and my children didn’t want to leave the house but had to, her mindfulness of the situation made the process much much more bearable. Emina “gets it” and I can’t thank her enough.

So if you want a real estate agent that truly works with you, I can’t recommend Emina enough. I hope to not go through the sale process again but if ever I again do, without a doubt I will have Emina represent me again.

One of the first things that happens when you decide to buy or sell is that people want to help you find a good realtor…”if you don’t have a realtor, my next door neighbour has a friend, who has a daughter, who is dating the brother of a young man who just started with some real estate firm”…advise that isn’t worth the breath it took to say it.
