North Vancouver

North Vancouver is the place my family and I have called home for years. Once you have lived in North Vancouver, I truly believe that it becomes your home forever. It is one of those magical places that can ground you like no other thanks to its unity with nature, proximity to outdoor recreation, and simply its geographic beauty. Nestled elegantly to the north of Vancouver, it is divided into four administrative zones that are sometimes hard to differentiate: the District of North Vancouver, the City of North Vancouver, Tsleil-Waututh Nation land, and Squamish Nation land. With fantastic schools, a variety of parks, a network of biking trails, easy access to skiing at Mt. Seymour and Grouse Mountain, as well as swimming beaches in Deep Cove and at Cates Park, North Vancouver has absolutely everything.

North Vancouver Offers the Perfect Combo of City Access and Outdoor Living

Known for hiking trails and great skiing in the beautiful forested North Shore Mountains, North Vancouver has always been a favourite spot for me to go and reconnect with nature. From skiing at Grouse Mountain to taking in the view at Capilano Suspension Bridge, there’s lots of ways to get outside and take it all in, no matter your activity level.

If you are interested in buying a property in North Vancouver, it would be my pleasure to walk you through the different neighbourhoods in North Van, the North Vancouver School District’s school catchments, and tell you about the highlights of each area.
